"Journey into Hell with Augmented Reality" is an interactive multimedia experience that invites audiences to explore the first canto of Dante Alighieri's Inferno from the Divine Comedy in an innovative and engaging manner.

The installation comprises 24 images created using artificial intelligence techniques, each representing one of the tercets from the first canto of the poem. These images have been crafted to transport the audience directly into the dark and captivating world described by Dante.

Through a proprietary Augmented Reality application, available for download on Android and iOS devices, viewers can bring the images to life simply by framing the exhibited artworks with their smartphones. Once activated, the images come to life, transforming them into an immersive and interactive dimension.

Each image is accompanied by a narrating voice reciting Dante's corresponding verses, allowing the audience to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere and poetry of the work.

Through this installation, the audience is invited to journey alongside the poet through Hell, experiencing his visions and emotions firsthand. By combining augmented reality and artificial intelligence, "Journey into Hell with Augmented Reality" offers an innovative and contemporary interpretation of a classic of world literature, making Dante's work accessible and engaging for modern audiences.
